The center of the body: The female womb
Before we delve deeper into the role of the uterus, Violeta reminds us of its location. It's fascinating: from a purely anatomical perspective, the female uterus, or womb, is located exactly at the center of a woman's body. It represents a center for us in a subtle and conscious way.
Hormonal life center and seat of creative power
Firstly, the main function of hormonal life is concentrated in the womb. This is the center where everything that happens in our female body takes place. However, another aspect of the uterus is particularly important, one that is not always apparent in a time of activity and externality. According to Violeta, the womb is the place where our creative power bubbles up.
“ The womb is the seat of unbridled nature and the source of bubbling life force. This power is available to us at all times. A connection with the womb achieves more than we initially imagine.”
Connection with the womb space - Violeta's story
Many years ago, Violeta had a motorcycle accident that “completely cut off her life from the navel down, including her lower abdomen.” She had to relearn how to move and the basics of vital bodily functions.
" I no longer felt when I needed to go to the bathroom (big or small), when my period was coming, let alone sexual desire. I was no longer connected to my survival functions."
For Violeta, it was clear: that couldn't have been it. She hadn't previously known what the pelvic connection meant; it only came through the new experience after the accident. After all, after the accident, nothing was there anymore. At the time, she was not even 40 years old, a vibrant woman, and from one day to the next, everything changed. She wanted to be able to go to the toilet with dignity again and, driven by curiosity and unbridled desire, decided to reclaim her primal power:
“I will re-establish my connection to my womb space, to this primal force, so that I can regain my quality of life.” She laughs: “I never even imagined what I would set in motion with this.”
The womb as a compass . The desire to simply go to the toilet with dignity and on time has become much more. For Violeta, the womb has become a compass:
- for mental strength,
- for the emotional world,
- for decisions
- for creativity.
Time and again, the Schoßraum center is the place from which Violeta draws her strength and creativity.
"This power is always there, in all women. For me, it was new and surprising at the time."
Hysterectomy - What should be considered in the decision?
Many women are faced with the decision to have their uterus removed—whether due to fibroids, tumors, or other reasons. What should they consider and weigh up?
The womb: creating, carrying and giving birth to life
What the uterus is not: simply a "thing" that has to function when we need to go to the bathroom, menstruate, or in antenatal classes. According to Violeta, the uterus is a fascinating "machinery" designed to
- to create life,
- to carry life within and
- to bring life into the world.

“Conception takes place in the womb, the child grows there, and from the womb it is released back into the world.”
We women have been given the ability to do all of this, but not to be forced to. Every woman has the autonomy to freely decide about her uterus. How we decide whether to give birth or menstruate, whether to remove the uterus or not, is individual. Every woman should follow her own path. Self-empowerment is at the heart of this. Violeta observes a trend:
“ The moment a woman begins to engage with the function and higher nature of her uterine space, the better she will be supported in her healing process.”
This doesn't mean that a woman can remove a tumor through meditation. It means that engaging with the uterine space creates a connection that helps her make more conscious and empowered decisions .
Empowerment is the key to our well-being
It makes a massive difference whether I say "I'm having my uterus removed" or "My uterus is being removed because xy says so." With the first sentence, I made the decision on my own authority; with the second, I allow myself to be determined by others. The removal of the uterus is an irreversible process that a woman should be able to cope with, regardless of her decision. Sometimes it's important to have the uterus removed for preventative purposes; sometimes there are alternatives to keeping it. What's important is that the decision is made holistically and independently.
Raise awareness of your own well-being
It's important that we connect with what's important and create awareness of our own well-being. "This begins with awareness of the phases of our own menstrual cycle. This way, every woman can align herself with the nature of her cycle and use her energy accordingly." For example, do I work even though I'm not feeling well and my period is screaming for me to take a day off? Do I put my employer's well-being before my own? Violeta opted out of this system years ago. However, she emphasizes that this doesn't mean doing nothing or even doing less.
"I'm simply working closer to nature now. By that, I don't mean hugging trees. I'm working closer to MY OWN NATURE."
Honor your body as it is
If your body is signaling tiredness, perhaps because of a long journey, it's not a weakness, but a reason to honor it. You don't have to go to yoga early in the morning when your body is still in night mode because it's flown across eight time zones. "You can arrive first." Sometimes we fall into the traps of everyday life; we all know what it's like: long hours on the computer, doing our taxes, pulling through, getting that article ready for submission. We suddenly forget to take two or three hours to drink water, exercise, or go to the bathroom. But we need this care. Just as we take care of our shoulders, face, or fingernails, it's also important to honor and nurture the health of the pelvic area.

(Re)discovering feminine energy - how?
1. Ask questions:
- Do I understand my cycle?
- Do I address my pelvic area issues or ignore them? These include incontinence, pelvic floor weakness, pain, sexual issues, inability to orgasm, etc.
- Do I consider these topics and educate myself?
2. Yoni eggs and courses: getting to know and feeling the womb space
In her coaching sessions and Yoni Egg courses, Violeta has helped thousands of women become sensitive to, feel, and perceive their womb area . Working with Yoni Eggs is a wonderful tool for connecting with femininity, joy in life, and also, quite anatomically, with one's own center of femininity in the womb.
3. Pelvic floor courses e.g. Violeta's lap happiness course
Violeta Labella's "Schoßglück" course focuses on connecting with oneself through various techniques. In this course, Violeta integrates ancient techniques as well as very practical touch exercises from fascia therapy. As a fascia therapist, Violeta offers physical-anatomical exercises and, thanks to her years of experience, also incorporates energetic exercises from the Tao, as well as shamanic rituals and ceremonies. She also offers one-on-one coaching sessions to delve deeper into specific topics.
